1. About these Terms
1.1 Who we are. The Path Saathi platform is operated by Path Saathi Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U58110MH2026PTC469991), with its registered office at 5th Floor - 501, Interface 11, Off Malad Link Road, Near Malad West, Malad West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400064 ("Path Saathi", "we", "us" or "our").
1.2 What these Terms cover. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, websites, mobile applications, portals and related services that we make available under the Path Saathi platform (together, the "Services"). The Services include, as made available from time to time:
- The Centre Operating System, covering enquiries, admissions, enrollment, fee payment, batches, attendance, assets, licences, service tickets and field-force tools;
- The Learning Platform, covering the course catalogue, learning delivery (online, offline and hybrid), knowledge checks, assessments, simulation labs, certificates, skills progression, webinars and community features;
- The Career Platform, covering the verified skills profile, job marketplace, job drives and placement support;
- The Startup Platform, covering research and case studies, investor connect, software and licence offers, and government connect; and
- Shared features used across all of the above, such as your account and single sign-on, notifications, documents, payments, reporting and insights.
1.3 Agreement. By creating an account, signing in, clicking "I agree" (or a similar button), or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1.4 Additional terms. Some Services, features, programmes or offers come with additional terms, such as a course's fee and refund policy, a government programme's guidelines, an event's rules, or a third party's licence terms ("Additional Terms"). Additional Terms will be shown to you before you use the relevant feature and form part of these Terms. If an Additional Term conflicts with these Terms, the Additional Term applies to that feature only.
1.5 Organisation agreements. Where an Organisation (defined in clause 2) has a separate written agreement with us, such as a PPP or programme agreement, a subscription, a co-branded portal agreement or a white-label agreement, that agreement governs the relationship between Path Saathi and that Organisation. These Terms continue to govern your individual use of the Services.
2. Key definitions
- "Account" means your Path Saathi account and the single sign-on identity used to access the Services.
- "Organisation" means an institution, training centre, employer, government department or agency, programme implementing body, corporate customer, or other entity that makes the Services available to its members, students, staff or candidates, or that uses the Services itself. This includes Organisations using a co-branded or white-label version of the Services.
- "User", "you" and "your" mean any individual who accesses or uses the Services, whether as a learner, parent or guardian, trainer, centre staff member, field executive, employer representative, recruiter, mentor, founder, investor, content contributor, administrator or visitor.
- "Learner" means a User who enquires about, enrols in or takes a course, programme, assessment or certification through the Services.
- "Your Content" means any content, information, files, documents, images, videos, answers, submissions, postings, messages or other material that you upload, submit, post or transmit through the Services.
- "Platform Content" means all content made available through the Services other than Your Content, including course material, assessments, simulations, software, designs, text, graphics, data compilations and trademarks.
3. Eligibility and accounts
3.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account on your own. If you are under 18, or a person with a disability who has a lawful guardian, you may use the Services only with the verifiable consent of your parent or lawful guardian, who must also accept these Terms on your behalf. Some features, such as the job marketplace and incubation, may be limited to Users who are 18 or older, or who meet a minimum age set by law or by the relevant programme.
3.2 One person, one identity. Each individual may hold only one Account. Your Account works across all Path Saathi products, so your learning records, certificates and verified skills can travel with you. Do not create an Account for anyone else without their authority, and do not impersonate anyone.
3.3 Accurate information. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you register, enrol, apply or verify your identity, and to keep it up to date. Enrolment in some programmes depends on eligibility criteria and document verification. Providing false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of enrolment, withdrawal of certificates or termination of your Account.
3.4 Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs) and devices secure, and for all activity under your Account. Tell us immediately at hello@pathsaathi.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
3.5 Accounts provided by an Organisation. If an Organisation created or manages your Account, or gives you access to a product, the Organisation may be able to see, manage, suspend or remove your access to its programmes and view your records relating to those programmes. When your relationship with that Organisation ends, your access to its programmes may end too, but your Path Saathi Account and records that belong to you (such as certificates you have earned) remain yours, subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. Using the Services
4.1 Licence to use. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services and Platform Content for your own learning, work or organisational purposes as permitted by the relevant feature.
4.2 Acceptable use. You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- Break any law, or use the Services for any fraudulent, harmful or unlawful purpose;
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory on grounds such as religion, caste, gender, disability or ethnicity; content that is harmful to children; content that infringes intellectual property; content that impersonates another person; content that threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or public order; or content that is otherwise prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it;
- Cheat in, or help others cheat in, any assessment, including sharing questions or answers, using unauthorised aids, impersonating a candidate, or tampering with proctoring;
- Falsify attendance, including marking proxy attendance, spoofing location or selfie checks, or manipulating devices, biometric or geo-fencing controls;
- Falsify expense claims, targets, leads, enquiries or any other operational record;
- Post fake job openings, charge candidates any fee for a job or interview, or misuse candidate information;
- Copy, download, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly perform Platform Content, except where a feature expressly allows it;
- Access or try to access data, Accounts, tenants or systems that you are not authorised to access, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services (please report any security issues to hello@pathsaathi.com);
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or interfere with the proper working of the Services;
- Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Services, except as permitted through our published APIs; or
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Services, except to the extent the law allows this despite this restriction.
4.3 Conduct in centres, classes and events. When you attend a Path Saathi-operated centre, class, lab, assessment, job drive or event, you must also follow that venue's rules, safety instructions and code of conduct.
5. Learners: enrolment, fees, attendance, assessments and certificates
5.1 Enrolment. An enquiry, application or registration is not a confirmed enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only when the applicable eligibility checks, document verification and payment (if any) are complete and we, or the Organisation running the programme, confirm it.
5.2 Batches and schedules. Batch start dates, timings, venues, trainers and schedules may change for operational reasons, holidays or events outside our control. We will tell you about material changes as early as reasonably possible.
5.3 Attendance. Attendance may be recorded digitally (for example by trainer marking, biometric, selfie or location check-in) where the programme requires it. Attendance records are kept as an unalterable log, and any correction goes through an approval process. Attendance may determine your eligibility for assessments, certificates, stipends or programme benefits under the applicable programme rules.
5.4 Assessments. Assessments may be conducted online, offline or in simulation labs, and may be proctored. We, the Organisation or an authorised assessment partner may cancel or withhold a result if there is evidence of malpractice.
5.5 Certificates and verified skills. Certificates and skill attestations are issued only when the published completion and assessment criteria (and any applicable fee) are met. Each certificate can be verified by third parties, such as employers, through a verification link or code. We may revoke or reissue a certificate if it was issued in error or obtained through malpractice.
5.6 No guarantee of outcomes. We work to connect learners with opportunities, but we do not guarantee any job, placement, salary, admission, funding or business outcome. Placement support, job drives and recommendations are facilitation services only.
6. Employers, recruiters and industry partners
6.1 Genuine opportunities. If you post jobs, run job drives or search candidates, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the employer, that every posting is a genuine, lawful vacancy, and that the posting accurately describes the role, location, pay and conditions.
6.2 No fees from candidates. You must not ask any candidate for money, deposits or other consideration for a job, interview, training or placement.
6.3 Fair and lawful hiring. You must comply with applicable employment, labour and anti-discrimination laws, and must not discriminate on grounds prohibited by law.
6.4 Use of candidate data. You may use candidate profiles, verified skills and contact details only to evaluate and communicate with candidates about the specific opportunity they applied for or agreed to be considered for. You may not sell, share, scrape or reuse candidate data for any other purpose. Where you receive candidate personal data from us, you act as an independent data fiduciary for your own hiring processes and are responsible for complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Founders, mentors and investors (Startup Platform)
7.1 Introductions only. The Startup Platform provides content, programmes, introductions and access to third-party offers. We do not provide investment, legal, tax or financial advice. We are not a stock exchange, investment adviser, broker or fund, and we do not solicit investment.
7.2 Your own diligence. Founders and investors are solely responsible for their own due diligence, decisions, agreements and regulatory compliance. Any investment or commercial arrangement is entirely between the parties involved.
7.3 Confidential information. If you share confidential business information through the Startup Platform, choose carefully who you share it with. Unless we have signed a separate confidentiality agreement with you, we do not accept any obligation of confidentiality beyond our Privacy Policy and reasonable security practices.
7.4 Third-party offers. Software, licence and partner offers are provided by third parties on their own terms. We do not guarantee their availability, quality or suitability.
8. Content and intellectual property
8.1 Our content. The Services and Platform Content are owned by Path Saathi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in clause 4.1, no rights are granted to you. "Path Saathi" and the related logos are our trademarks. Co-branded and white-label portals may display an Organisation's trademarks, which belong to that Organisation.
8.2 Your content. You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant Path Saathi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example for formatting or translation), display and distribute Your Content, to operate, provide, secure and improve the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes developing and training AI models as described in clause 11.3. Where Your Content contains personal data, the licence operates only within the limits of our Privacy Policy and the consents you have given. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Services, except for copies we must keep for legal, audit or backup reasons, and except where you have shared Your Content with others who continue to use it in line with these Terms.
8.3 Contributed learning content. If you contribute courses, questions, case studies, resources or other learning material (for example through content crowdsourcing or as a trainer), you confirm that you have the right to do so. Unless a separate contributor agreement says otherwise, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, adapt and distribute that material within the Services. Contributions may be reviewed, edited or rejected before publication.
8.4 Feedback. If you give us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
8.5 Reporting infringement or objectionable content. If you believe any content on the Services infringes your rights or breaches these Terms, contact the Grievance Officer (clause 17). We will act on valid complaints within the timelines required by law.
9. Fees, payments and refunds
9.1 Fees. Some Services are free and others are paid, such as course or admission fees, subscriptions, certification fees and Organisation licences. The applicable fees, taxes (including GST), instalment plans and any concessions will be shown before you pay, or set out in the Organisation's agreement with us.
9.2 Payments. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or bank details. Each payment is processed only once, even if a request is retried, and we issue a receipt or invoice for every successful payment.
9.3 Concessions and scholarships. Fee concessions, scholarships, coupons and government-sponsored seats are subject to eligibility, approval and the applicable programme rules, and may be withdrawn if the eligibility information given turns out to be incorrect.
9.4 Refunds. Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by the refund policy that applies to the course, programme or subscription, which will be shown before you pay. For refund questions, email hello@pathsaathi.com. Where no specific policy applies, refund requests are handled under our general refund policy. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within the timelines required by law.
9.5 Subscriptions. If you buy a subscription, it will renew only if you agree to auto-renewal at purchase, and you can cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
9.6 Organisation billing. Where an Organisation pays for your access, billing questions should be directed to that Organisation.
10. Communications
10.1 Service messages. We will send you essential messages about your Account, enrolment, payments, schedules, attendance, assessments, certificates, applications and security by SMS, WhatsApp, email, in-app notification or phone. These are part of the Services.
10.2 Promotional messages. We will send promotional messages only with your consent and in line with the applicable telecom regulations. You can opt out at any time using the link or instructions in the message, or through your Account settings.
11. AI features, recommendations and automated tools
11.1 How they work. Some features use automated processing or artificial intelligence. Examples include course and learning-path recommendations, skill-gap analysis, job matching, lead prioritisation, and insights that flag operational bottlenecks.
11.2 Their limits. These outputs are suggestions to support decisions. They may not always be accurate or complete, and they do not by themselves decide your admission, assessment result, certificate or employment. If you think an automated output about you is wrong, you can ask for a review (see our Privacy Policy).
11.3 Developing and training AI models. We may use data from the Services to develop, train, test and improve AI models, including our own models and models provided by third parties that we use or fine-tune for the Services. We do this in three ways:
- Anonymised and aggregated data. This is data that can no longer identify any individual, together with Platform Content. We may use it to train any model, including third-party models.
- Learning content you contribute. This includes courses, questions, case studies and resources you licence to us under clause 8.3. We may use it for AI training after removing any personal data.
- Your personal data. We use personal data that identifies you for AI training only with your separate, optional consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time without affecting your use of the Services. We never use the data of anyone under 18, identity numbers (including Aadhaar), biometric data, bank details, social category or disability information for AI training.
Data that we process for an Organisation, for example on a white-label portal or under a government programme, is used for AI training only if that Organisation's agreement with us allows it, and only within these limits. Full details are in section 12 of our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps and services, such as payment gateways, video conferencing, identity providers, employer systems, assessment partners and government portals. We are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Availability and changes to the Services
13.1 Availability. We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but they may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, network issues or events outside our control. Some features, such as offline attendance, field-force tools and job drives, are designed to work with limited connectivity and will sync once you are back online.
13.2 Changes. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid Service you have already bought, we will tell you in advance and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rata refund or an alternative.
13.3 Beta features. Features labelled "beta", "preview" or "pilot" are provided as they are, for evaluation, and may change or be withdrawn.
14. Suspension and termination
14.1 By you. You may stop using the Services at any time, and you can ask us to close your Account through your Account settings or by contacting us. Closing an Account does not cancel any fees already due, or records we must keep by law.
14.2 By us. We may suspend or restrict your access, or terminate your Account, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law or a lawful order, if an Organisation that provides your access asks us to (for its own programmes), or to protect Users, the Services or the public. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and a chance to respond.
14.3 After termination. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute resolution, continue after termination. Certificates you have validly earned remain verifiable unless revoked under clause 5.5.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
15.1 Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and Platform Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranty, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded.
15.2 Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill; and
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15.3 Organisations. Liability between Path Saathi and an Organisation is governed by their separate agreement.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Path Saathi and its officers, employees and partners against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or Your Content, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
17. Grievance redressal
17.1 Grievance Officer. In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
- Name: K Naveen Kumar
- Designation: Strategy & Execution Manager

17.2 Timelines. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, or sooner where the law requires it. Complaints about personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing law and disputes
18.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
18.2 Informal resolution first. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us through the grievance process in clause 17 so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
18.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved within 30 days of a written grievance will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Mumbai, and the arbitration will be conducted in English. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or to seek urgent interim relief from a court.
18.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to clause 18.3, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email or SMS at least 15 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law sooner. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your Account.
20. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms form the entire agreement between you and Path Saathi about your use of the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or a successor business, with notice to you.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience; if there is a conflict, the English version prevails, except where the law requires otherwise.
